• There is no brake certification form the certification is expired or is not signed within the six-month requirement

• See Notes: Any defect inspector deems a violation not listed
• Two (2) or more taillights or brake lights do not function (LED lights are considered non-functional if 50% or more pixels are inoperable in one light.)
• The front or rear bumper is not properly attached, missing, torn, loose, or altered.
• Frame is deteriorated, cracked, broken or severely bent
• Mountings are broken or bent badly enough to inhibit proper adjustment
• Mirror or mirror backs that are loose or improperly mounted
• Reflective glass is cracked, broken, or missing
• The grill has any exposed edges that may cause injury
• There is body damage which could cause injury to persons near the bus (e.g. jagged metal edges, etc.)((Exigent circumstance can be taken into consideration to allow the bus to return home in a post crash inspection if bus is out of its district)).
• There is a significant leak from the engine or transmission onto the exhaust system which could potentially cause a fire

• Any headlight is inoperative
• There are intersecting cracks in the windshield area covered by the wipers

• There is debris in the bus. (needs cleaned/includes dirt)

• Any component has deteriorated and allows the escape of exhaust gases (with the engine idling and the system unrestricted)

• The first aid kit is not properly filled.
