• Any front tire has less than 4/32 inch tread depth when measured in any two adjacent major grooves

• Washers do not function properly in any manner
• If bus manufactured after 5-2-1994, one (1) inch reflective tape is not applied to the door outline, is missing, or badly faded (two (2) is persmissible on bumper below door if insufficient space on body

• Prohibited area sign is missing or obscured

• If bus manufactured after 5-2-1994, positive door opening device is missing or fails to operate properly

• Upholstery or padding is ripped, torn, or improperly repaired

• A heater motor is not operating properly

• There is no brake certification form the certification is expired or is not signed within the six-month requirement

• A heater motor is not operating properly

• One (1) taillight or one (1) brake light does not function

• Heater motor is not operating properly.
• Any brake line or hose is abraded (chafed), cracked, bulging or leaking.

• Shock absorber is leaking fluid

• There is movement in a spring loaded drag link greater than 1/8 inch
• Required back-up lights do not function.

• There is significant engine oil or fluid leak from the engine.
