ADA and Accessibility:

Access Board - Is a program that includes a series of free webinars and audio conferences on different topics of accessibility. Sessions are held on a monthly basis and cover a variety of topics concerning accessibility to the built environment, information and communication technologies and transportation.

Great Lakes ADA Center -  Provides technical assistance, materials, and training on the Americans with Disabilities Act to businesses, people with disabilities, and their families.

ADA National Network - Provides information, guidance and training on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Accessibility On-line

National Center on Accessibility promotes access and inclusion for people with disabilities in parks, recreation and tourism

Assistive and Information Technology

INDATA - The INDATA Project is a federally-funded project designed to increase access and awareness of assistive technology

Disability Rights

Disability Rights Course – ADA National Network - a free, self-paced course on federal disability rights laws.

Partners in Policymaking – Provides six online courses regarding disability issues

Education and Family

IN*SOURCE - Provides families with information/training and support to help assure effective educational programs and appropriate services for children and young adults with disabilities.

Additionally, IN*SOURCE schedules presentations and training sessions on request and can customize a training session for a specific group.  Check training calendar for scheduled classes or call (800) 332-4433 to request a class for your group. IN*SOURCE trainings are provided at no charge.

About Special Kids (ASK) – Is a parent-to-parent network that provides support, information and training to families with children with special needs.
