Teacher Contracts vs. LDIP

By Brandi Alexander - April 22, 2025

''
As teachers retire or leave their positions, you have up to 60 days to enter their Last Day in Pay (LDIP) into ERM as the last day your employee physically taught in your school's classroom. Although this is their last day entered, it is not the end of their contract.

If the member's wages are anticipated to increase from the last report and are either a contract payout, a severance payout, or a combination of both, please send INPRS an email as soon as you are aware of this wage increase at eppa@inprs.in.gov. In this email, please include the member's name, PID, LDIP & LCD, and an explanation as to why we will see higher wages.
