Project Overview
The study area for the project extends on I-465 mainline from West 86th Street to US 31. The study area – which is located in Marion, Boone, and Hamilton counties – includes three interchanges: I-465/I-865, I-465/US 421 (Michigan Road), and I-465/US 31.
The study will adhere to the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). INDOT and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) have not yet determined the NEPA class of action for the project.
