This project aims to replace the bridge on State Road 26 over Bolen Ditch near Portland in Jay County. The purpose of the project is to address the bridge deficiencies and provide an overall bridge condition rating of at least 7 (Good) out of 9 (Excellent). Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2027.
