INDOT is planning safety and traffic flow improvements at the intersection of State Road 3 (S.R. 3) and County Road 700 South in Delaware County. This project is being developed in response to a history of injury-related right-angle crashes at the intersection. The proposed improvement includes construction of a Reduced Conflict Intersection (RCI) to reduce the number and severity of crashes while improving traffic operations. Construction is anticipated to begin in January 2028 and conclude in January 2029.
