Welcome to the Investigations Section of the Indiana Gaming Commission.

Our mission is to ensure that the casino owners, key persons, suppliers, and employees affiliated with Indiana’s state sanctioned gaming facilities uphold the high standards of character, reputation, experience, and financial integrity envisioned by the Indiana State Legislature.

The Investigations Section consists of a diverse team of ten uniquely trained, professional gaming agents specializing in law enforcement and finance. Our agents are responsible for obtaining and analyzing detailed information regarding the personal, business, and financial backgrounds of the companies and individuals requesting a license to participate in Indiana’s gaming industry.

Under the guidance of Executive Director Tait, our team is committed to safeguarding the integrity of Indiana’s gaming industry and to give confidence to Hoosiers and other visitors who visit our casinos.
