135 IAC 3 Toll Bridges - REPEAL

  1. Subject Matter
    Repeals 135 IAC 3 governing certain toll bridges under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Finance Authority because the Wabash River Toll Bridge and Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge at Cannelton are now under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge has not been tolled since 1990. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.

    *After Adoption of Final Rule the rule will be submitted to the Attorney General for approval which, if given, must come within 45 days after submission.  After approval of the Attorney General the rule will be submitted to the Governor for approval which, if given, must come within 15 days after submission.  After approval of the Governor the rule will be submitted to the Indiana Register and will become effective 30 days after submission.
