Beyond the Wall is a new mentoring program where veteran staff are matched with new staff to guide them through the process of becoming a part of the Indiana Department of Correction team! If you are a current staff member, please view the recruitment video below and we hope you sign up to become a mentor. If you are a new staff member, you will be given instructions during your orientation about the process to request a mentor. We hope you'll join us in launching this new mentoring program.
