Media & Public Information

Media Requests

All media requests for information or interviews must be requested through our Director of Communications.

Media Badge Requests

To request a media badge, please complete the Credential and Access Request for Media form form and submit it to our media relations team via email.

Once submitted, an authorized representative from the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) will review your request and forward it to the Access Control Office upon approval.

Access Control Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

When picking up your badge, please bring a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID for identity verification. You will be required to sign for the badge, and a staff member will take your photo at the time of issuance.

Badge Fee: $10
Please note, payments are accepted in cash or check only. Credit and debit cards cannot be processed at this time.

All public records requests to the Indiana Department of Administration from citizens must be requested through our online APRA portal.
