Marriage Reporting

Marriages are reported to the Indiana State Department of Health Division of Vital Records through the Indiana Court Information Technology Extranet (INcite). INcite is operated by the Indiana Judicial Branch Division of State Court Administration, and includes the Marriage License E-File System. The Marriage System within INcite is run as a collaborative effort between the Division of State Court Administration and Division of Vital Records.

INcite is provided to county and city-level court and justice-related offices to share information with each other and with state-level offices. INcite uses security features including data encryption and authentication to ensure only authorized users can see and use data.
