Developmental Disability
Assists individuals in receiving waivers, community supports and residential services using a person-centered plan to help determine which services are needed and who can best provide them.

Disability Determination
Oversees Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income for people who have disabilities that preclude the ability to work, or for children, preclude the ability to fully participate in learning activities.

First Steps
Assistance for children ages birth to three years, who are experiencing developmental delays and/or have a diagnosed condition that has a high probability of resulting in developmental delay.

Blind and Visually Impaired
Provides services to eligible Hoosier’s that are blind or visually impaired, including, independent living services for Hoosier's over 55 and oversees the blind enterprise program.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Provides assistance to identify and find resources to meet the needs of deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families and oversees the state interpreter service program.

Rehabilitation Services
Provides quality individualized services to enhance and support people with disabilities to prepare for, obtain or retain employment. Oversees supported employment, independent living and assisative technologies.

Quality Improvement
Monitors services to individuals by organizations and providers. Oversees incident reporting, human rights and reporting policies and procedures.
