All other offices are open by appointment only. Appointments can be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Services provided by your District Offices
- Get answers to individual and/or business tax questions
- Submit completed state tax return(s) (paper filing only)
- Help correct or adjust processed tax returns
- Get a review and explain tax billing(s)
- Take payments made with cash (exact amounts only), personal or cashier’s checks, money orders, and debit/credit cards
- Get assistance in setting up payment arrangements
- Get questions about DOR's collection process (tax warrants with the sheriff and/or collection agency, bank levies, liens on credit reports, etc.) answered.
- assistance with resolving license protests
The District Offices are not able to
- prepare Individual Income or Business tax returns
- assist with any Motor Carrier requests. You must schedule an appointment with Motor Carrier Services.
If you are representing another person, a Power of Attorney (POA) form may be required.
