Rhonda K. Allen, MSW
Deputy Director of Field Operations
Rhonda Allen joined the agency in 1993 as a family case manager and rose through the ranks to hold many leadership positions over the years within DCS. Now in her role as deputy director of field operations, Rhonda oversees DCS’ frontline efforts across the state to ensure child safety and well-being. She received a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and later went on to earn her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
