David Reed, MSW, LCSW, CSAYC
Deputy Director of Child Welfare Services
David Reed joined the agency as the deputy director of child welfare in September 2017. Reed is a licensed clinical social worker who has spent most of his career working with foster youth and children involved with the child welfare system. He is nationally certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and is a credentialed sexually abusive youth clinician (CSAYC).
