Annual Support Fee (ASFE) Payments for Your Employees
REQUIREMENT TO PAY ELECTRONICALLY
Indiana Code, Section 31-16-15-16 requires employers with fifty (50) or more employees and more than one child support obligor to process those payments electronically.
At the beginning of each calendar year, the Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) is sent a notice that the $55.00 ASFE is due. However, if the NCP does not pay the fee, the Child Support Bureau will send an ASFE Income Withholding Order (IWO) to the employer for payment.

Check or Money Order
Payments by personal check, money order, cashier's check or certified check should be made payable to the Indiana State Central Collection Unit – (INSCCU) and mailed to:

NOTE: The Employer Annual Support Fee Income Withholding Order (ASFE IWO) must be used when sending employee ASFE withholding payments by check.
