International and Cultural Affairs (ICA) is a program within the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) Permanency and Practice Support Division.  ICA serves as a resource for DCS staff who are implementing services for multicultural populations, which includes children and families of immigrant and tribal origin.

If you are a Federally Recognized Native American tribe and wish to enter into an agreement with the Indiana DCS regarding foster care, you may contact the ICA Liaison by email.
