Illegally Operating Providers

The following report is a list of child care providers in Indiana who have been issued at least one cease and desist letter for operating illegally, either in their residence or in a non-residential facility. For information on programs exempt from licensure, please click here. If you think your child care provider is operating illegally, please contact the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning at 1-877-511-1144 and file a formal complaint.
