Appointments and Cancellations

The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission will be open at its Indiana Government Center location beginning Tuesday, May 19, 2020 by appointment only. We have adjusted operations to maintain safety. Customers arriving at a branch without an appointment will be turned away. Appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday beginning at 8:30 am with the last appointment of each day scheduled at 4:00 p.m. All permit applications must be completed in full prior to the appointment, including payment by cashier’s check or business check. The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission will not be accepting payment by cash or credit card at this time. All alcoholic beverage forms can be found online at https://www.in.gov/atc/2409.htm.
