Appointments and Cancellations

Many issues can be resolved without the need for an appointment. The ATC encourages customers to contact us by email or phone. A list of processors by permit type and county can be found at https://www.in.gov/atc/2411.htm.


Online applications: Employee permits and tobacco certificates can be applied for online. Please visit: https://www.in.gov/atc/2441.htm for more information.


Online forms: All ATC forms can be found online at https://www.in.gov/atc/2409.htm. Forms must be completed prior to arriving at the ATC.


The ATC encourages customers to make appointments to decrease wait times. Customers arriving without an appointment or with incomplete paperwork may have to wait or may be asked to return at another time with completed paperwork. Permit extension requests will not be processed while a customer waits. Please provide an email or fax number where the extension can be sent.
