Welcome to the Indiana State Police (ISP) and Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) confidential and undercover license plate management program. A confidential license plate required for investigative purposes may be issued upon the annual consent of the superintendent of the Indiana State Police.

This program allows electronic submission of requests to ISP for approval and issuance by the BMV. It eliminates the need for paper applications and mailing of paperwork to expedite the processing of requests. It will also keep record of requests so the vehicle(s) status can be easily managed.
